Sky City Bounce House

Today Ethan and I met our friends Julia and Melody at Sky City Bounce. I thought for sure I was going to have to carry Ethan up all the slides but my little two year old surprised me. He climbed up everything all by himself. I was so impressed.

Beach & BBQ

Today we went to Zuma Beach with Dan's parents to get away from the heat but it was just as HOT at the beach! Ethan and Daddy had SO much fun in the waves.

After the beach we went to our friends Aja & Chris' house for a BBQ. Ethan was the only kid at the BBQ so we were trying to come up with things for him to do. Chris was nice enough to let him use his boxing gloves.

Thanks for a great BBQ! Ethan had a wonderful time entertaining everybody and we loved catching up with Buddy & Emery's new mommy & daddy!

We're allowed back at Disneyland!

Ethan and I are finally allowed back at Disneyland. Our season pass was blacked out the entire summer but we are back and ready for more fun! It was 108 degress today and for some strange reason I tought it would be a good day to go to Disneyland! It was very crowded, however we didn't have to wait very long to get on the rides. Some rides we just walked right on to. Despite the heat, we had such a fun day together.

Things That GO!

Ethan's music teacher is currently offering one day classes with a theme. Today's theme was Things That Go! We sang songs about trains, boats, wagons, and airplanes. He ate a train made out of pretzels, bananas, grapes, and strawberries. Ethan also got to paint a picture using toy cars. He dipped the car in paint and rolled it across his paper. All the wheels had different shapes on them. Though you can't tell from these serious pictures, Ethan had a great time!

Play Date at Home

Today Ethan had his friends Delaney, Julia, Colin, Kiley, Brennan, and Faith over to play. They had so much fun putting sand all over each other as well as playing a game of basketball. Our little kiddos are all grown up!

Tonight our cousins, Evan and Alex, came over for a slumber party! Ethan always has so much fun with them. Here they are watching TV together. I always enjoy sitting in a pile while I watch TV too!

Underwood Farm with the Fam

Today we went back to Underwood Family Farms with my family. My mom, sister, bro-in-law, and cousins were all there, along with Delaney and her mommy. We had such a fun time. It was neat seeing how Ethan remembered coming to this place a couple months ago. He was determined to get to that strawberry patch as quickly as possible. Going with that many people though made it difficult to make it anywhere quickly. I love this first photo of Ethan pulling the wagon telling everyone where to go.

Lately Ethan is all about tunnels. He talks about them all the time. Every time he see a freeway overpass he gets so excited. At the farm they had these underground tunnels. I think he thoroughly enjoyed himself!

Tonight we had a BBQ in our new completed backyard. Again, we had cake and celebrated Ethan's birthday. I hope this is the last cake we eat for a while.
