Costume Party at School

Today Ethan's little class had a costume party. Silly me totally forgot to bring his costume with us. So I called up my friend Jen who lives down the street from the school to ask her if she had anything we could borrow. She had an adorable chicken costume that Ethan absolutely LOVED wearing. So this halloween, Ethan got to be Mickey Mouse, a Chinese guy, and a chicken! What a lucky kid!

One of the parents brought halloween goodie bags for the kids. In the bag were these fancy glasses! Can you tell he liked them?
When we got home from school Ethan got to play in the sandbox in the backyard. The dogs loved hanging out with him too. The black one is my parent's dog Amy and the blonde one is my cousin's dog Maggie. Maggie loved digging in the sand with Ethan.

Halloween Party

Today my lovely MOPS table leader Wendy had a Halloween Party at her house. The kids got to decorate cupcakes and go on a pumpkin hunt. Ethan had such a great time.

Ethan trying to put icing on his cupcake. It wasn't working out for him so he decided to just eat that entire cup of icing instead. He didn't touch the cupcake.

Trunk or Treat

Tonight Ethan and I met Julia and her family for Trunk or Treat at a church in town. The only problem was Dan borrowed my car today and Ethan's Mickey Mouse costume was in the back of it. So, back in June on our trip to New York we had bought Ethan a Chinese outfit for him for Halloween that we completely forgot about. He got to be a Chinese guy tonight. It was so so so freezing out that my little guy was shaking in his shoes. We didn't stay too long but I did get a couple cute photos and this was Ethan's first time really trick or treating.

This car was decorated like a pirate ship.

Costume Parade

This morning my little Mickey Mouse got to participate in a costume parade with a bunch of other kids. Though, in the photos you can't tell their is a parade going on because Ethan was the 2nd to last kid in the long line of kids.

My Gym Halloween Party

This afternoon we went to My Gym's Halloween Party! You all know by now that My Gym is Ethan's absolute favorite place on earth. I honestly think it beats out Disneyland. Ethan had so much fun being Mickey Mouse. Here are a few photos from the party.

What? Disneyland AGAIN?

Today Ethan and I spent the day at CA Adventure and Disneyland. The place was empty! Wednesday is definitely the day to go to Disneyland. We walked on almost every ride and even rode some rides over and over again. I think I will forever have the Winnie the Pooh ride song stuck in my head! We rode that ride four times! We can't wait to go back!

Here is Ethan giving Pluto a kiss on the nose.

I thought it was so cute that the characters at the front of the park all had Halloween costumes on. Here is Donald Duck as a pumpkin.

Happy Birthday Delaney & Alex!

This afternoon, after Lombardi Ranch, was Delaney's 1st birthday party at Scooter's Jungle. Ethan has been talking about going to her party for weeks now. He was so excited that it finally arrived.

Ethan thought it was the coolest thing that Delaney was ON the cupcake. He was a little hesitant at first but once he tasted the icing he chowed down.

After Delaney's party we went over to cousin Alex's birthday party. Do they look related? Ethan had so much fun playing with all the big kids.
Phew! What a long, but fun, day!
