Mother's Day at the Zoo

For Mother's Day we went to the Santa Barbara Zoo. GG, Papa, Auntie Jade, and Uncle Mike joined us and we had such a wonderful day in Santa Barbara. The weather was just perfect and the zoo wasn't crowded. I think we saw every animal there...and of course, the alligators and the otters were Ethan's favorite!

Our trip to Houston

Ethan and I left for Houston, TX on Monday the 4th and came home on Saturday the 9th. We visited my dear friend Lisa whom I have know since the day I was born. She has two kids: Stella is 3 and Fisher is 1. I hadn't met her youngest and she hadn't met Ethan yet. We had a wonderful trip...minus the horrible humidity and the millions of bug bites I got. We went shopping, visited an amazing aquarium with rides, went to an old town called Spring, and did some more shopping. Here are a bunch of photos from our travels.

A Wedding Filled Day

Today was a very wedding filled day. In the early afternoon I went to my friend Jenna's bridal shower. We have been friends since high school and she was our wedding coordinator for our wedding 4 1/2 years ago. It was a beautiful shower and I am so happy that she has found Mr. Right.

I had to leave the shower early to make it to a wedding in Moorpark. My dear friend Melissa was getting married to her love Travis. I met Melissa back in 1st grade. I am so glad that we are still friends after so long! Ethan came with us to the wedding and he had such a FUN time. This is our little mans 4th wedding!!! He was such a lady's man this evening. He probably danced with EVERY woman at the wedding. He especially loved dancing with the bride. I can just see Ethan being a wedding crasher when he grows up because he loves weddings so much.

Today Ethan, my sister Jenn, Miss Delaney (the little girl I watch), and I went to the L.A. Zoo. We had such a nice time. Ethan's favorite was the otters. They were flipping in the water and he was laughing so hard!
