Owen's 1st Visit at the Park

Today was Owen's first visit to the park. One of his many girlfriends, Piper (7 months) met us there.

Owen slept most of the time.

Palm Springs

October 8-11, 2010 - This weekend we went to Palm Springs for our friends Matt & Lauren's wedding. My due date with Owen was October 15th so we had to RSVP no. I later found out that while I was in labor back on September 19th, Dan was texting with Matt letting him know that we were going to be at his wedding. Here are a few photos from our travels.

They had a cute little grocery store. Ethan loved it! However, he would pick up a box of cereal, shake it, and yell, "It's empty!" He couldn't understand why all the boxes were empty. He refused to buy anything that wasn't full.

They had a pizza shop too!

I wish this museum was closer to home cause we would be there all the time! I don't know what our problem was but we didn't get any photos of the wedding!? Boo!

Track Suit

I remember Ethan wearing this velour track suit when he was a baby. It looked just as cute on little Owen.

Daddy's Birthday

Today for Dan's birthday we went to Disneyland & CA Adventure. It was a perfect day to go. It was raining but it was also empty. We left Owen at home with Dan's mom for the day. We had so much fun with Ethan...he definitely needed the alone with mommy & daddy time.

We had such a fun day! It was so nice for me to be back there around all those people. For once I loved the crowds after being confined for so long. We even stayed to watch the World of Color show at CA Adventure. It was amazing! Happy Birthday Dan! Hope you had a fabulous day!

Owen's First Bath

Owen's umbilical chord finally fell off so he got his first bath tonight. I think he really liked it.

First Day of School

Today I took Ethan to his first day of school with Miss Stella. It is a mommy and me class and Owen is able to come along. Ethan was so happy to go out again with mommy!!!

Being on bedrest for 7 weeks I was dying to get out of the house. Tonight was our good friend Preston's 30th birthday party and I couldn't wait to go. We left both boys at home with my parents and headed out for a night on the town.

My grandma has been in town and got to meet Owen before she headed back to Florida. Owen is 5 days old in this photo.

Our little Owen has really bad jaundice so we had to be sent home from the hospital with heat lamps that he has to stay in at all times except for while he is eating. His little body gets so hot!
